Know your rights with the Bosseye.net User Agreement.

  1. This agreement is made between the individual whose user information is registered on the login.bosseye.net site and/or who has purchased the service (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Webaynet Software - Bülent Şeker, established in accordance with Turkish law and continuing its existence at Merkez: MERKEZ KARGICAK Mah. 126. Sk. NO:9A A BLOK 1 NOLU VİLLA ADA 319 PARSEL 2,126. Sk. ALANYA/ANTALYA (hereinafter referred to as "Bosseye" and/or the "Site").
  2. You can become a member of the bosseye.net system ("Site") with a 3-day trial period by filling out the user registration form.
  3. BEFORE PURCHASING AND USING BOSSEYE SOFTWARE, PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE, AND DELETE ALL FILES RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
  4. This computer software and all included images, sounds, and extra components (collectively referred to as the "Software") are the copyrighted property of Bosseye and are licensed by them (collectively referred to as "Bosseye"). This software is licensed (not sold) to you, and Bosseye is the sole owner of all copyrights, trade secrets, patents, and all other proprietary rights included in the Software. You only have a license to use the Software on the number of computers you have paid for. You do not have the right to install and use it on a number of computers exceeding your license limit.
  5. You do not have the right to:
    (1) copy (other than having one copy for backup purposes), distribute, rent, lease, or sub-license the Software in whole or in part;
    (2) modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software;
    (3) transmit the software over a network, by telephone, or electronically;
    (4) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  6. You have the right to transfer the Software, but only if the recipient agrees to the Terms and Conditions stated in the End User License Agreement.
  7. If you transfer the Software, your license will be automatically terminated, and you must transfer all components, documentation, and related files to the recipient while deleting all copies existing on the computers where the software was installed by you. You acknowledge that the use of this software beyond the standard 90-day limit is entirely your responsibility and you accept the non-transferable warranty of the product.
  8. Bosseye warrants to the original purchaser that, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, the software will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If the Software is found to be defective, Bosseye will replace the defective digital media free of charge, provided the purchaser provides proof of the defect within the 90-day period from the date the digital media was purchased. The terms of this EULA may change at any time, and any updated version of the license agreement will be displayed on this page in the event of any changes.
  9. BOSSEYE LEGAL AGREEMENT;
  10. Installing surveillance software on a computer or other device over which you do not have proper authority is considered a violation of Federal and/or State Law in most cases, and you are generally required to inform the users of the device that they are being monitored. If the device is not yours or you do not have proper permission to monitor the device's usage, installing this software may constitute a violation of federal or local laws.
  11. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ENDORSE THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE FOR ILLEGAL PURPOSES.
  12. To purchase and download surveillance software from Bosseye, you must agree to and accept the following conditions:
  13. 1. You acknowledge and accept that you are the legal owner of the computer or device on which the software is installed, or that you have been given explicit written permission by the owner of the computer to become the authorized administrator of its contents and users.

    2. If you install Bosseye on a computer that does not belong to you or for which you do not have proper authorization, its use may be considered illegal under local, state, or federal law. In any such event, we are obligated to enforce the law to the fullest extent provided. This obligation includes providing authorities with any requested customer data, purchase-related information, or product-oriented details.

    3. You agree that you will familiarize yourself with all local, state, and federal laws in your specific geographical region to ensure compliance with all laws and restrictions. In your area, monitoring other individuals on a device, whether you own the device or not, may be illegal. Under no circumstances do you agree to monitor any adult without their prior explicit knowledge and consent.

    4. You are deemed to have accepted the terms of our End User License Agreement, and you acknowledge that Bosseye is not liable for any lawsuits or legal actions that may arise due to any malfunction of the device or damages that may come to you as a result of the misuse or incorrect use of Bosseye.
